This week we’re introducing a few new features, minor improvements, and bug fixes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pro-rated Statutory Deductions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Moving forward, for employees joining or leaving in the middle of the month, statutory deductions will be calculated using a pro-rated method. Learn all about it in the article below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Filter on Contribution Form<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can now filter by employee status when adding or editing contributions as seen below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leave Acquisition Processing Time<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The time taken to update leave acquisitions has been reduced from 1 hour to 5 mins. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introducing Net to Gross [BETA]<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By activating the “Net To Gross” feature, you\u2019ll be able to allow the reverse calculation of Salaries, this is done by using the Net Salary to calculate the Gross Salary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This feature can be found in the Features section of the Administration Module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employee Surveys [BETA]<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll soon be able to use the new Engagement Module, this module assists in identifying persistent problems for the workforce and keeps a record to track changes in employee satisfaction over time through surveys. Let’s have a look:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Survey Format Builder<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here you\u2019ll be able to create and maintain a host of survey formats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using the survey format builder, you can add, edit, rearrange, and delete questions in this format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Survey Preview<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using the preview option, you\u2019ll see what the survey would look like to an end user (the person taking the survey) before sending it off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minor Features and Updates<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. PAYE e-Submission Form <\/strong>– The form was updated to match GRA’s updated requirements to avoid upload failures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Infraction & Incident Emails<\/strong> – The emails you receive will now specify the classification (\u201cIncident\u201d or \u201cInfraction\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Training Page PDF Export<\/strong> – The PDF export no longer contains an \u201cAction\u201d column.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Bug Fixes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Employee Self-Service Payslip<\/strong> – Fixed the issue where the bank information was not showing up on the payslip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Allowance Form Date Picker<\/strong> – Fixed the issue where the date picker was partially loading when trying to close an allowance, the date is also consistent across all time zones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
