{"id":5416,"date":"2023-07-25T19:51:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-25T19:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/techlify.com\/techlifyhr\/?p=5416"},"modified":"2025-10-31T18:42:25","modified_gmt":"2025-10-31T18:42:25","slug":"versions-4-44-release-dates-july-2023-this","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/techlify.com\/techlifyhr\/software-updates\/versions-4-44-release-dates-july-2023-this\/","title":{"rendered":"Versions 4.44 Release Dates &#8211; July 2023, This"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>New Tabular Payslip, \u2018Approved By\u2019 on Paysheet, and a few other features and updates<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Versions: <\/strong>4.44<br><strong>Release dates: <\/strong>July 25th, 2023<br><br>This week we&#8217;re introducing a few new features, some major improvements, and bug fixes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New Tabular Payslip Design<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll now be able to access a new payslip design called \u2018Tabular\u2019, this design shows the payslip information in the form of a table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2018Approved By\u2019 on Paysheet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll now be able to see who the payroll was approved by on the paysheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minor Features and Updates<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Overtime Decimal Value<\/strong> &#8211; The amount in the overtime column will now show decimal values.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Appraisal View &#8211;<\/strong> There was an improvement in the user interface display and the score computation process for appraisals. Additionally, employees now have access to view their own appraisals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salary End Date<\/strong> &#8211; The software now shows an error when users set the salary end date before the salary start date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Excel Export &#8211;<\/strong> Improved the formatting on the Excel export of the following:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Training List.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timesheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leaves List.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bug Fixes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Insurance Amount<\/strong> &#8211; Fixed the issue where the month&#8217;s Insurance value was multiplied for employees having multiple salaries within the same pay period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leave Form<\/strong> &#8211; Fixed the issue on the leave form where the calculations shown were for 1-day only instead of the total amount for the leave period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bank Letters<\/strong> &#8211;
