Leave Form Upgrades<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When an employee is requesting leave via TechlifyHR Mobile, they are now able to see a summary of their leaves, and are only able to request paid leave for leave types that they have available days for. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The contributions list page now has more information available, so you can better understand the contribution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paysheet Grouping (Department, Branch) Totals<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We introduced paysheet grouping a few months ago, allowing you to group employees by branch and department on the paysheet. Today, we’re introducing an upgrade to that feature, showing totals for each group on the paysheet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary List Upgrades<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have improved the look and feel of this page. More importantly though, is that we’ve added estimated calculation columns for NIS, PAYE, Gross Salary, Net Salary, based on the current salary information for this employee. This can help your company in making projections for upcoming periods; these projections can be done granularly by type, department, branch, salary class, payment frequency, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

GBTI E-File Export<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For employers paying via GBTI bank accounts, TechlifyHR now generates the GBTI payroll file automatically for you. You can upload this file to your GBTI eBanking platform to automate salary payments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employee Photo Upload<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On an employee’s profile, you are now able to upload their photo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minor Feature & Fixes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Department Summary Report<\/strong> – Now has options to filter by both Payroll Start Date and Payroll End Date, so you can generate your financial reports using your preferred date option. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Salary Rate Change Report<\/strong> – We fixed some minor issues with data loading here. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Employee Number Validation<\/strong> – We are now blocking the use of duplicate employee numbers in the System. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Published Policy Update Option<\/strong> – Published policy documents can now be edited, allowing you to upload newer versions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Leave Policy & Acquisition Date Timezone<\/strong> – Previously, the leave policy & acquisitions displays were adjusting the date based on the timezone of the user. This is no longer the case; TechlifyHR will now always show the exact date of the acquisition. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
