This week we’re introducing a few new features, some major improvements, and bug fixes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appraisal Template Builder Design Upgrade<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This update features several upgrades, allowing you to build your appraisal templates easier, these include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Question Bank<\/strong> – Here holds a list of questions you\u2019ve frequently used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Section<\/strong> – This separates your questions into sections of your choice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Template Question <\/strong>– This helps you to easily and quickly add your own questions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Appraisal Form Design Upgrade<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You can now submit appraisals directly to the employee being appraised. The user interface and workflow have also been streamlined to a more comprehensive view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Appraisal Review Design Upgrade<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You’re now able to easily and quickly understand your appraisal performance with the design upgrade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Training Export<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You are now able to export training done to a spreadsheet, this can be accessed via the training listing page and clicking on the ‘Export to Excel’ option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Timesheet Export<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You are now able to export the timesheet entries to a Spreadsheet, this can be accessed via the timesheet entries listing page and clicking on the ‘Export to Excel’ option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Infractions Export<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You are now able to export the infractions list to a Spreadsheet, this can be accessed via the infractions listing page as seen below by clicking on the ‘Export to Excel’ option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Allowance Automatic Closure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Resigned employees’ allowances will now be closed on their resignation date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Minor Features and Updates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Loading Screen<\/strong> – You’ll now see Techlify’s logo while your screen is loading.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Paye Aggregation Page<\/strong> – You’ll now only see approved payrolls on this page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Bug Fixes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Salaries Listing Page<\/strong> – Fixed the \u201cAll” filter on this listing page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Overtime Form<\/strong> – The overtime amount calculated will now show the nearest integer instead of rounding up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Appraisals – <\/strong>Fixed a few areas around the appraisals module, these include:\n

        1. Missing tabs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Icons not loading correctly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
