This week we’re introducing a few new features, some major improvements, and bug fixes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary Export<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You are now able to export salaries to a Spreadsheet, this can be accessed via the salaries listing page as seen below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multi-Add Net Deductions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You’re now able to add multiple deductions for employees through the Payroll View Page when you use the Multi Employee Select.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After selecting the employees a pop-up will appear on the right side of your screen, select ‘Add Net Deductions’, and once you’ve added the necessary deductions hit the ‘Re-calculate’ button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Paysheet Allowance Columns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Paysheet now features a number of additional allowances columns, allowing you to have specific allowances as columns, these include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Entertainment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Phone<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Uniform<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Meal<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Housing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Travel<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You can select the allowances you want to see through our column selector on the Paysheet View Page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Employees Attendance Report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In the Time & Attendance Module, we’ve created a report that will display the work of the employees for the selected period. The following areas are covered in the report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Months Worked<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Weeks Worked<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Days Worked<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Timesheet Days<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Paid Leaves<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Unpaid Leaves<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Absents<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      To access this report navigate to the Time & Attendance Module -> Employees Work Report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Minor Features and Updates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Payroll Form UI Improvements<\/strong> – You may now view the number of selected employees when creating a new payroll. The ‘Sort’ box has also been reduced to fit on one line for smaller screens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Timesheet Upload Validations – <\/strong>TechlifyHR will verify that the employee’s name and number match if you upload a timesheet that includes both. If not, an error will be displayed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. PAYE E-submission Form <\/strong>– The Medical_Life_Insurance_Premiums_Deduction column will be blank if there is no value.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
