This week we’re introducing a few feature improvements and bug fixes. Here are a few of them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2023 Payroll Configurations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ve added the 2023 Payroll Configurations with new deductions, so you can now use this to process your payrolls. (Please note that this is not gazetted as yet and therefore it will not be selected by default)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payroll – Add Employee <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ve added a search option on the \u201c+ Employee” form when adding an employee to a payroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Training Form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ve added two fields to the training form; \u201cInstructor\u201d and \u201cVenue\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unpaid Leaves Feature <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You now have the option to add “Unpaid Leave Day”, allowing you to specify the type of leave a team member may have taken and having it register as an unpaid leave day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payslips View Page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Emails will now only be sent to the payslips that are filtered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other Incomes Listing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ve added a tab within the payroll module for other incomes, here you will be able to see a list of all imports<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other Incomes Import<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ve also added an other incomes import functionality, users can use our sample file to upload other incomes for multiple employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bank Account Split<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ve implemented a new feature that allows splitting salary into different bank accounts. This can be enabled from the features section in the admin module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paysheet View Page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ve added taxable and Non-taxable allowance breakdowns on the Paysheet View Page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minor Features<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • Payment Received<\/strong> – Updated payment received so that it cannot be less than $0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Salary Form –<\/strong> Updated hourly rate on the salary form to have a minimum of $0 so users do not accidentally add a negative value to the hourly rate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Paysheet Update –<\/strong> Updated Paysheet to show the bank branches that coincide with the new bank branch migration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Bug Fixes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Absents<\/strong> – Fixed issue with absents not loading when no salary was related to the record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Payslip Emails – <\/strong>Fixed an issue where only some payslips would email when not everyone had an email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Auditor Role<\/strong> – Fixed a bug where the auditor role would not have access to payrolls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Employee Export –<\/strong> Fixed a bug where employee exports would not export employees’ salaries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
