This week we’re introducing a few feature improvements and bug fixes. Here are a few of them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bank Account Form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ve added a new field for Bank Account type on this form. Savings Account is set as the default account type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payslip Formats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ve added the ability to update\/save new Payslip formats from the Payslip view page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leave Balance & Cost Report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the Leave Forecast report, you are now able to view the leave balance and cost of all available leaves remaining for all employees.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Republic Bank TXT Export<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For employers paying via Republic Bank, there is a TXT format that the bank requests, especially if you’re paying employees across banks. You are now able to download this export directly from the Payroll Page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minor Features<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Upcoming Birthdays & Anniversaries<\/strong>
Previously, we were showing birthdays in the next 7 days, and anniversaries for the next 30 days, this has been updated so that both Birthdays & Anniversaries are for the next 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payroll Branch Summary Report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • We’ve updated the Columns selector to toggle appropriate columns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The filters are fully functional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • We’ve added Allowance Breakdowns to Branch Summary Report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Payslip – Vertically Stacked Design<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • We’ve updated the Column Selector options with names corresponding to respective fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • We’ve fixed the issue where some fields were not toggled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The Overtime Hours are now organized by rate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The Overtime Hours with similar rates are now added together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • We’ve updated it to show a breakdown of Standard Overtime Hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Payslip – 3-Column Simple Design<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • We’ve fixed the issues where daily, weekly, and hourly rates were shown as $0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The format is now always accurate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • We’ve fixed the issue so no more blank spaces where data is shown will be hidden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Allowances<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • We’ve added Education as a new taxable allowance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Roles & Permissions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • We’ve added a new role and permissions for an IT Manager. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Form 7B<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            • Employees will now be able to print their own Form 7B report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Form 7b now shows the employer information at the top of the form as opposed to the Employee information. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Fixed the issue where employees could not generate their own Form 7B report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Timesheet Imports<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • We’ve added Absents as a property when importing Timesheet entries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Bug Fixes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                Payslip Download<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • We’ve fixed the issue where employees were not able to download payslips from their login. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Employees can now download payslips. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • The PDF Formatting was updated for payslip employee download. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  Payslip Emails<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • We’ve fixed the issue where the Vertical Payslip email was not showing all values.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • The Payslip email format is now updated to closely match the selected format.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • We’ve fixed the issue where absents and overtime were not showing on the Payslip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • We’ve fixed the issue so no more blank spaces where data is shown will be hidden. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    Payrolls<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n
                    • We’ve fixed issues where fortnightly NIS EE and ER were calculated incorrectly due to the salary ceiling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • We’ve fixed filtering issues on Payroll computations and Payroll employee services. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • We’ve fixed the issue where salary work hours would cause the total row to shift in the paysheet. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      Payroll Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      • We’ve fixed some bug issues that affected the generation of Form 2A.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • We’ve fixed some bug issues that affected the generation of Form 2B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        Asset Register <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
