This will allow you to choose how you want the income on this bank account to be split.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fixed Value<\/strong>. Allows you to send a fixed amount of the employee&#8217;s salary to this account.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Percentage<\/strong>. Allows you to send a percentage of this employee&#8217;s salary to this account.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Balance<\/strong>. TechlifyHR would take care of specifying which account the funds should be split to.
