The advance amount is deducted from the net income at the end of the month or over the forthcoming months.<br>Salary deduction refers to the<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>amount withheld or cut by an employer from an employee&#8217;s earnings.<br>Techlify HRMS allows companies to provide such advances or make necessary deductions using this very convenient feature.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guide &#8211; Advances<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1:&nbsp;<\/strong>Go to Employees Module<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2:&nbsp;<\/strong>Find the employee you\u2019d like recurring deduction, select the start date the deduction will be taken out on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 6b:&nbsp;<\/strong>If it\u2019s a recurring deduction, select end date.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 7:&nbsp;<\/strong>Enter the amount and\/or add any particulars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 8:&nbsp;<\/strong>Then click
