Techlify HRMS provides a simple method of managing employees bank account information. This feature allows you to store any employee\u2019s bank account records to facilitate your payroll processing at any local bank. Some of the banks we support are: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Step 1:<\/strong> Go to Employees Module<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 2<\/strong>: Find the employee you\u2019d like to add a bank account for, and click on the view icon to view their profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/picture><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Step 3:<\/strong> Go to the Bank Account <\/strong>tab which can be found on the side menu bar of every employee\u2019s profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 4: <\/strong>Click on +Bank Account <\/strong>to fill in the employee\u2019s bank account information on the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/picture><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Step 5: <\/strong>Once you\u2019ve entered the necessary information, set the bank account as active by clicking on is Active?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/picture><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
