Release Versions<\/strong>: v5.5, v5.6, v5.7<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This week, we are releasing a host of updates that cover many features across the app. Our focus was to improve our existing functionality and to add more useful reports to assist with your data analysis and understanding of your teams and organization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advance Summary Report<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’re now able to view a list of all employees that have balances on their advances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employee Mobile App Upgrades<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ve added minor design upgrades to the Employee Self-Service app, including: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. A redesign of the employee dashboard<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The ability to request hourly leave. Previously, employees were only able to request an entire day. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Improved performance of Payslips loading and management <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Leave Requests Page Redesign<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Infractions Page Redesign<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Similar to the Leaves page redesign, we’ve upgraded the Infractions page to include similar changes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Surveys Improvements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Our Survey module was launched in beta version some months ago. In this release, we’ve added a host of upgrades to improve the functionality of surveys. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Firstly, an upgraded survey form makes it much easier to filter employees who should receive a survey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The surveys page has also been upgraded to improve the way you sort, search and filter data. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \"\" <\/picture><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

      Finally, we have upgraded the UIs and workflows of the Survey view page to improve the way your survey results are displayed to you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Document Builder<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In this release, we are introducing a new document builder feature, that allows you to design templated documents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      These templates can then be auto-generated, where TechlifyHR fills in the information from a specific Incident\/Infraction into the document template, thereby auto-generating the document. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In the future, we plan to introduce this feature to other modules. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Appraisal Company Report<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We have introduced a company-level report allowing you to see appraisal data at an organization or team level, providing a more global oversight of your organization and how your team is performing over time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Minor Features & Fixes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Appraisal View<\/strong>. We’ve added some minor improvements to this view to better display text questions, and hide graphs where there are no submissions as yet. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Salary Preview<\/strong>. Has been updated to better display critical information. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Paysheet Columns<\/strong>. We’ve added a new option so you are now able to see the department information on the Paysheet. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Medical Insurance Manual Edit<\/strong>. You are now able to manually update the medical insurance calculated figure on Payrolls. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Overtime Rate Of 0<\/strong>. You are now able to select 0 as an overtime rate for those scenarios where you may like to record overtime but the overtime isn’t paid. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Paysheet Floating Header<\/strong>. On your Paysheet page, the header is now floating, so that it stays fixed on the page as you scroll down. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Timesheet Import Improvements<\/strong>. We’ve added several improvements to the timesheet import workflow, including updated documentation, format files, and the ability to import tags. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
