TechlifyHR tracks time-bound training and expiring certificates. Employees can complete required courses, and admins can monitor expirations, upload certificates, and receive automated email reminders for renewals. The system also allows filtering expiring certificates by time periods for proactive management

Completed appraisals generate summaries, can be exported as PDFs, and are stored in employee profiles for tracking
