TechlifyHR makes managing employee bank accounts seamless. Add accounts via the employee profile, enable income splitting across multiple accounts, and generate bank letters for payroll processing. You can also bulk import bank details using a simple spreadsheet upload

Easily update job titles in TechlifyHR. If a title isn’t listed, add a custom one under Job Titles. Assign it to the employee, update their location, and save. The system also tracks job title history for future reference

  1. Create a new employee Record for your best friend (create a new employee with time-rated salary)

  2. Add a monthly timesheet entry for your best friend.

Create a Payroll

  1. Create a payroll, that selects your department

  2. Add yourself as the only employee on the payroll

  3. Save the payroll



 

Review Paysheet Once the Payroll is Created

  1. Find the Paysheet, review it

  2. Oh my, we forgot that you worked 4 hours overtime on the 23rd

  3. Add this overtime and recalculate the payroll



 

Approve, Un-approve, Adjust or Reject a Payroll

  1. Let’s assume you’re the boss today, go ahead and approve the newly created payroll



 

View Reports Once Payroll is Approved

  1. Review your Paysheet, Payslip, NIS form, and PAYE form to ensure everything is fine



 

Print Monthly Reports & Email Pay-slips
