New employee biodata fields, improved employee search and improved forms

This week we’re introducing some page and form overhauls, a few feature improvements, and some bug fixes. 

Employee Form Redesign

We’ve given our employee form a brand new look. It’s also on a new page now to make the process of adding a new employee much simpler. 

Employee Page Redesign

We’ve given our employee view page a brand-new look, adding more information on the listing, and improving the filtering functionality in the process.

Employee Bio Data – Passport Number & Driver’s License Number

We added fields for Passport # & Driver’s License # to your employees’ records.

Salary Import – Added Allowances 

We’ve upgraded the Salary Import functionality to allow importing 9 different types of allowances – both Taxable and Non-Taxable.

Minor Features & Bug Fixes

• Copying Payrolls – we’ve now re-enabled the payroll copy functionality. 
• Payroll Department Summary Report – we’ve filled in the empty columns on this report, and filters will now persist, so when you refresh the page or go back, your previous data will be shown.  
• Salary Expenditure Summary Report – we’ve filled in the empty columns on this report and added allowance breakdowns to the report. 
• Email & Notify of employees is now standard throughout the payroll module. 
• Payroll Individual Summary Report – we’ve fixed up some bugs that affected the generation of this report.
• Payroll Team Summary Report – we’ve fixed up some bugs that affected the generation of this report.
• Standard OT hours. This is now a toggle feature that can be disabled via the Features Menu.
