This week we’re introducing a few new features, some major improvements, and bug fixes.
Salary Export
You are now able to export salaries to a Spreadsheet, this can be accessed via the salaries listing page as seen below.
Multi-Add Net Deductions
You’re now able to add multiple deductions for employees through the Payroll View Page when you use the Multi Employee Select.
After selecting the employees a pop-up will appear on the right side of your screen, select ‘Add Net Deductions’, and once you’ve added the necessary deductions hit the ‘Re-calculate’ button.
New Paysheet Allowance Columns
The Paysheet now features a number of additional allowances columns, allowing you to have specific allowances as columns, these include:
- Entertainment
- Phone
- Uniform
- Meal
- Housing
- Travel
You can select the allowances you want to see through our column selector on the Paysheet View Page.
Employees Attendance Report
In the Time & Attendance Module, we’ve created a report that will display the work of the employees for the selected period. The following areas are covered in the report:
- Months Worked
- Weeks Worked
- Days Worked
- Timesheet Days
- Paid Leaves
- Unpaid Leaves
- Absents
To access this report navigate to the Time & Attendance Module -> Employees Work Report.
Minor Features and Updates
- Payroll Form UI Improvements – You may now view the number of selected employees when creating a new payroll. The ‘Sort’ box has also been reduced to fit on one line for smaller screens.
- Timesheet Upload Validations – TechlifyHR will verify that the employee’s name and number match if you upload a timesheet that includes both. If not, an error will be displayed.
- PAYE E-submission Form – The Medical_Life_Insurance_Premiums_Deduction column will be blank if there is no value.
Bug Fixes:
- Salary Listing Page – Fixed some filters that were not working.
