Export Timesheets, Training, Infractions, Incidents & Massive Appraisal Improvements

This week we’re introducing a few new features, some major improvements, and bug fixes. 

Appraisal Template Builder Design Upgrade

This update features several upgrades, allowing you to build your appraisal templates easier, these include:

1. Question Bank – Here is a list of questions you’ve frequently used.
2. Section – This separates your questions into sections of your choice.
3. Template Question – This helps you to easily and quickly add your own questions.

Appraisal Form Design Upgrade

You can now submit appraisals directly to the employee being appraised. The user interface and workflow have also been streamlined to a more comprehensive view.

Appraisal Review Design Upgrade

You’re now able to easily and quickly understand your appraisal performance with the design upgrade.

Training Export

You are now able to export training done to a spreadsheet, this can be accessed via the training listing page and by clicking on the ‘Export to Excel’ option.

Timesheet Export

You are now able to export the timesheet entries to a Spreadsheet, this can be accessed via the timesheet entries listing page and clicking on the ‘Export to Excel’ option.

Infractions Export

You are now able to export the infractions list to a Spreadsheet, this can be accessed via the infractions listing page as seen below by clicking on the ‘Export to Excel’ option.

Incidents Export

You are now able to export the incidents list to a Spreadsheet, this can be accessed via the incidents listing page as seen below by clicking on the ‘Export to Excel’ option.

Allowance Automatic Closure

Resigned employees’ allowances will now be closed on their resignation date.

Minor Features and Updates

1. Loading Screen – You’ll now see Techlify’s logo while your screen is loading.
2. Paye Aggregation Page – You’ll now only see approved payrolls on this page.

Bug Fixes

1. Salaries Listing Page – Fixed the “All” filter on this listing page.
2. Overtime Form – The overtime amount calculated will now show the nearest integer instead of rounding up.
3. Appraisals – Fixed a few areas around the appraisals module, these include:
   1. Missing tabs.
   2. Icons not loading correctly.
   3. Pages not loading.
