New Tabular Payslip, ‘Approved By’ on Paysheet, and a few other features and updates

This week we’re introducing a few new features, some major improvements, and bug fixes.
New Tabular Payslip Design
You’ll now be able to access a new payslip design called ‘Tabular’, this design shows the payslip information in the form of a table.
‘Approved By’ on Paysheet
You’ll now be able to see who the payroll was approved by on the paysheet.
Minor Features and Updates
- Overtime Decimal Value – The amount in the overtime column will now show decimal values.
- Appraisal View – There was an improvement in the user interface display and the score computation process for appraisals. Additionally, employees now have access to view their own appraisals.
- Salary End Date – The software now shows an error when users set the salary end date before the salary start date.
- Excel Export – Improved the formatting on the Excel export of the following:
- Training List.
- Timesheet.
- Leaves List.
Bug Fixes
- Insurance Amount – Fixed the issue where the month’s Insurance value was multiplied for employees having multiple salaries within the same pay period.
- Leave Form – Fixed the issue on the leave form where the calculations shown were for 1-day only instead of the total amount for the leave period.
- Bank Letters – Fixed the bug on bank letters where employees were being duplicated.
