Get Employees’ Email Responses

When you email payslips to your employees, they are now able to respond to those emails, and have it come directly to your HR Manager.

Payroll Performance Improvements

We’ve continued to work on improving the performance of Payroll, especially the time it takes for the following actions/pages:

  1. Payroll Create
  2. Paysheet Page
  3. Payslips Page

You’ll see as much as a 4x performance improvement, with 1000 employee payrolls created in ~2 minutes, compared to ~8 minutes previously.

Training List & Employee Training Tab

  • We’ve upgraded the columns on this page to display more relevant data
  • Filters have been improved
  • There are now statistics at the top to give you overall company training statistics
  • The training data PDF and Excel exports have been improved

Training Progress Updates

On the training view page, the Training Updates section has been improved with some more useful information, and you can now add a single update, and modify specific update records.

Company Discipline Summary Report

We’ve now upgraded this report to include statistics, and some other useful charts so you can better understand how disciplinary actions are taken across your organization. Further, there are more filters, and now a way of grouping data, whether you’d prefer your data grouped weekly, monthly, etc.

This report also now allows you to filter by infraction/incident type, so it can be generated for a specific type of incident.

The Individual employee discipline report has also been upgraded with similar improvements.

Timesheet tagging

We’ve now upgraded the timesheet tagging functionality introduced in the previous release. You are now able to filter timesheets by tag, and your timesheet tags are now displayed at various locations where there are timesheets.

Timesheet Summary Report

We’ve introduced a new Timesheet Summary Report, to provide you with organization-level oversight on the distribution of timesheets, and cost to the company. This report also includes a chart broken down by the timesheet tags functionality.

Advances & Deductions Upgrade

We’ve upgraded the lists and forms for the Advances & Deductions feature. These pages are now up-to-date with our recent designs, and the forms have inline validation and more intuitive UIs.

New Paysheet Columns

We’ve added 3 new columns to your Paysheets, to provide more details on payroll calculations, these are:

  1. PAYE Rate 1 – Showing the amount of PAYE calculated at 28%
  2. PAYE Rate 2 – Showing the amount of PAYE calculated at 40%
  3. Deductible Medical Insurance – Showing the amount of medical insurance that is deductible before taxes.

Minor Feature & Fixes

  1. Employee Multi-update Form Upgrade. We’ve upgraded the design of the employees multi-update form and added the ability to update a few other fields in bulk.
  2. Payroll Form Pre-selected Employees. By default, this form now selects all salaries that match the payroll period.
  3. NIS Weekly Schedule. This form has been upgraded to match the latest NIS specification.
  4. Deductible Medical Insurance. Payroll calculations now consider the maximum deductible medical insurance, as specified by GRA. Ref: https://www.gra.gov.gy/notice-to-employers-employees-self-employed-persons-changes-to-income-tax-threshold-2024/
  5. Survey report export. Now includes all submitted answers for text answer questions.
  6. Contributions Interface. We’ve upgraded the entire workflow around contributions and upgraded all interfaces to match our design language.
  7. Disabled users. Are now logged out immediately once their account has been disabled.
  8. Leaves multi-update form. Has been upgraded to our latest design, and includes some new update options.
  9. Appraisal Score. Older appraisals that were added before we introduced the appraisal-score feature, now have their score added.
