Managing your employees Life & Health Insurance has never been easier. Techlify HRMS has this awesome feature that allows you to easily handle all your employees insurance benefits through these local insurance companies:

  • Nalico/Nafico
  • GTM Group of Insurance Companies
  • Caricom Insurance
  • Assuria General & Life Insurance
  • Hand-In-Hand Mutual Fire & Life Insurance Companies

Guide

Step 1: Go to Employees Module

Step 2: Find the employee you’d like to add a bank account for, and click on the view icon to view their profile.

Step 3: Go to the Insurance tab which can be found on the side menu bar of every employee’s profile.

Step 4: Click on the +Add button to complete the Insurance form.

Step 5: Select the company providing the insurance.

Step 6: Select the type of insurance being offered.

Step 7: Select the start date
Step 8: Select the end date (if there isn’t a specific date for this, use a date in the far future.
Step 9: Enter the amount, then add any particulars (If necessary).

Step 10: Then click on Save.

Note: These values now automatically gets added to payrolls involving this employee.
